Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager at our Riviera Beach, Florida location. This role primarily involves handling administrative tasks, answering phone calls, and managing financial documents. The Office Manager will also play a critical role in maintaining our accounting software systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Responsibilities
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team
• Utilize Quickbooks Online to enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Issue checks as required, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• Leverage Accounting Software Systems and CRM platforms to streamline processes
• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Use the 'About Time' software proficiently for various administrative tasks
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Familiarity with time management software such as 'About Time'
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
