Product Development Coordinator II
Starting pay ranges $25-$33/hr DOE
This position reports out of the Sacramento corporate office but is available as hybrid-remote or remote depending on experience and location. The hours of work are 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
The Product Development Coordinator II has a valued and measurable impact on the continuing success and growth of Summit Funding through their involvement in compiling and maintaining information related to various lenders, guidelines, and investors. Working with the Product Development team and other stakeholders, this individual will be responsible for the research, relationships, and project management needed for new lenders, investors, and products.
What you would be doing:
- Develop and maintain various investor matrices, (e.g. Agency Investors and Non-Agency Investors).
- Collect and summarize investor announcements for communication on product updates.
- Facilitate the launch of new products.
- Research new products as needed.
- Coordinate new product integration.
- Provide Product Development email in-box support.
- Assist with the maintenance of the approved Wholesale Lender Matrix as needed.
- Assist with the completion of approval for new investors.
- Assist in the set-up and maintenance of user IDs and passwords for all investors.
- Understand various company processes including but not limited to the Prior Approval process, the Post Closing Delivery process, the Compliance Review process, the Appraisal Review process, and the Credit Review process.
- Various special projects as needed.
- 3+ years of mortgage or project management experience.
- Candidates within 50 miles of the Sacramento corporate office will be asked to work a hybrid schedule with two days per week in-office.
- Must be proficient with all guidelines and websites necessary to complete job functions.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
