  7. Safety: Follow company and industry safety rules.
  8. Field Modifications: Implement updates to improve product quality.
  9. Documentation: Record failures, part changes, modifications, and work performed in the company database.
  10. Communication: Share technical information and recommendations with your team, site lead, and colleagues.
  11. Part Handling: Send and receive parts for repair.
  12. Hands-On Work: Use shop machines and hand tools for repairs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
