  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Sound knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, preferred
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budget control
