Key Responsibilities- Client Management:
- Oversee and manage all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, client inquiries, and escalations.
- Participate in client meetings and review major client deliverables to ensure goals and quality standards are met.
- Process Improvement:
- Recommend continuous improvements to our business processes to increase sales, drive customer focus, build strategic relationships, and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct audits and analyses of existing processes, systems, and technology
- Spearhead consensus-building among internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:
- Promote a culture of accountability by developing standard team KPIs, tracking progress, and regularly measuring results.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and create structured training schedules for new hires, CE credits, and cross-training for employee career development.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a team of associates, developing their skills, holding performance reviews, and managing their workload.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Cultivate and maintain regular communication with carriers, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.
- License:
- Property and Casualty License
- Life & Health License optional
- Experience:
- 5+ years in commercial insurance account management or support.
