This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, a thorough understanding of restaurant financials, and expertise in implementing cost control strategies. Lots of room for growth at this location as well as other concepts within this extremely successful restaurant group.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record as a Sous Chef in a fine dining steak house setting
- Profound knowledge of steak preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong grasp of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost control practices
- Outstanding leadership and communication proficiencies
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the chef to craft and execute menu items tailored to the fine dining steak house concept
- Supervise the precise preparation and presentation of steaks and other dishes to ensure top-notch quality
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance assessments
- Oversee cost control measures to optimize food expenses and enhance profitability without lowering quality
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Assist in managing inventory and procuring supplies as necessary

**Additional Requirements:**
- Essential experience in a fine dining steak house environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs
- Competitive salary offered up to $85,000 annually, inclusive of benefits package and performance-based bonuses.
