POSITION SUMMARY:Directs and manages Case Management Program within the organization. Accountable for full operational, functional, and budgetary aspects of the program.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Program Supervision

  • Oversee CBC program management for Citrus and Hernando County offices.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring quality through training, auditing, and compliance.
  • Foster a family-oriented culture and focus on staff retention.

Performance Management and Staff Development

  • Ensure high-quality staff by addressing inefficiencies through training, education, and mentoring.
  • Measure staff progress towards strategic goals and improve contract, state, and federal outcomes.
  • Mentor Assistant Program Directors and supervisory staff, promoting a culture of engagement and retention.
  • Provide opportunities for staff to work with other functional areas and understand organizational goals.
  • Oversee staff development and ensure annual training goals are met.
  • Implement innovative training to maintain high-quality staff.

Policy and Procedures

  • Ensure program operations support existing members and expand community services.
  • Monitor and update interagency agreements, contracts, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement to ensure staff follow processes and system requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract, state, and federal regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Develop innovative program processes and ensure staff compliance and effectiveness.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Promote fiscal responsibility by monitoring program expenditures and payroll.
  • Manage staff positions, overtime, stipends, and expenditures to maintain cost-effective operations.
  • Establish and adhere to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
  • Ensure resources are prioritized towards top objectives, including reimbursement processes.
  • Promote the program and agency within the philanthropic community.

Community Collaboration and Staff Hiring

  • Participate in community and regional committees and workgroups as directed.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership for strategic planning and sustainable outcomes.
  • Resolve conflicts and disseminate information in collaboration with the State Attorney’s Office.
  • Ensure staff communicate openly and collaboratively with the lead agency and service providers.
  • Promote the agency positively in the community and participate in special events and communications.
  • Facilitate recruitment, hiring, training, disciplinary, and termination processes.
  • Implement strategic onboarding practices to retain high-functioning staff.
  • Develop and train leadership on evidence-based retention and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee specialty staff and assist with academy and certification processes.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor’s degree required. Master's preferred. Case Management Certification preferred; subject matter expertise in Foster Care and Adoptions; 8+ years’ experience in a human service organization of which 4+ years shall have been in administrative/program management and 2+ years preferred in direct service.
