Creative Solutions in Healthcare is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to work out of our Greenville office. The Payroll Specialist will work for and assist the Director of Payroll. Creative Solutions in Healthcare has 160+ Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Texas. We process payroll for approximately 14,000+ employees.
The candidate for this job will have knowledge of payroll processes and possess extreme attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure and have good time management skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience. You MUST have 3+ years of recent Payroll Processing and Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing the Corporate Payroll twice a month for 350+ employees
- Assisting the Director of Payroll with setting up Legal Entity Acquisitions
- Entering shift differentials into the Dayforce system
- Assist the payroll team with processing employee paperwork in the Payroll inbox
- Work with Human Resources on DOL audit information
- Must be proficient in Excel, with pivot tables, vlookups and spreadsheet creation – MINIMUM of 3 years experience
- Must be familiar with payroll processing programs and auditing – MINIMUM of 3 years of recent Payroll processing experience.
- Work on projects assigned by the Director of Payroll
