We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability on the Amazon and Ebay platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase visibility, drive traffic, and maximize sales margin on the Amazon platform.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ACoS, to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for Amazon initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • May be asked to work on other projects as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability on the Amazon platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or other relevant certifications, preferred. .
  • Experience with third-party Amazon tools and software, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics.
