Compensation:

$132,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications:
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

  • New York State real estate license

Founded in 2005 by siblings Khashy and Dezireh Eyn, Platinum Properties is a full-service real estate brokerage located in New York City. The family-owned brokerage is headquartered in the Financial District and is known as the industry market expert in FiDi and Battery Park City – but the firm operates all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and in parts of Queens.
