Primary Objective: The Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative will act as the liaison between client and customer to drive sales objectives, promote brand visibility, and provide the highest level of customer service. 


Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative: 

  • Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning to clean energy solutions
  • Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers 
  • Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
  • Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
