Job Description:

As a Stock Picker Operator at 4Sight, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and handling inventory, ensuring the accurate fulfillment of orders, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stock picking equipment to retrieve products from high shelves and racks
  • Ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management
  • Transport products to designated areas within the warehouse
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating stock picking equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
