Client Services Representative


Position Overview:

Integrated Labor Solutions (ILS) is seeking a customer-service focused Client Services Representative to join the ILS team in San Diego, CA.   At ILS we pride ourselves on our ability to provide “Platinum Service,” which simply means we do our best to go above and beyond expectations to make sure our customers and clients receive the assistance that they need, anticipate any future needs, and make sure they are educated on the products and services we provide.  As a Client Services Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise. You will work closely with on Client Services supervisor, and our sales and support teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Hours:  Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm (in office)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform various reconciliations
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collect and report on customer feedback
  • Data entry
  • Perform other duties as needed

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background in MS Excel
  • Reconciliation Experience


Required:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Must pass background and reference checks
  • Must be able to come into the office
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Type at least 40 words per minute
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
