Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure the team executes on strategic initiatives, and providing guidance through regular management meetings.
- Translate the CEO’s strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure all operational activities support long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate with medical providers to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Direct and manage organizational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the practice's goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement strategies to expand the practice's services and patient base.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Act as the primary problem-solver, making decisions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Prior experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) integration is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to handle and direct organizational projects.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and growing a healthcare practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare technology systems (EMR/EHR, practice management software).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
