Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure the team executes on strategic initiatives, and providing guidance through regular management meetings.
  • Translate the CEO’s strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure all operational activities support long-term growth.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Direct and manage organizational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the practice's goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement strategies to expand the practice's services and patient base.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary problem-solver, making decisions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Prior experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) integration is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and direct organizational projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and growing a healthcare practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare technology systems (EMR/EHR, practice management software).
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
