Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Provider to join our team in Hobbs, NM
Summary:The Mental Health Provider will deliver a range of therapy modalities and levels of care to clients. Responsibilities include providing clinical crisis services, conducting intake assessments, participating in clinical staffing and care management, managing a professional caseload, offering crisis coverage, and providing administrative support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide group and individual mental health therapy sessions.
  • Coordinate services and communication with relevant departments and staff.
  • Assess, diagnose, and intervene based on clients' clinical needs.
  • Schedule clients to ensure that assessments, reviews, services, and treatment plans are completed in accordance with organizational policies and directives.
  • Maintain and submit frequency logs for special assignments, crisis services, intake services, and caseload databases in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to organizational policies and directives.
  • Participate in 24-hour crisis coverage as scheduled, in compliance with organizational policies and directives.
  • Process family visit documentation.
  • Maintain communication with community agencies, courts, and other providers.
  • Update and maintain mental health records and certifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience preferred.
  • Must hold a valid License Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), License Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or higher.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a professional team and implement team strategy approaches to work assignments.
  • Ability to interact professionally with both staff and clients.
