We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to join our team at TruDataRx. As a Data Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance in handling data for TruDataRx. You will work directly with the Data & Analytics team to prepare necessary data by gathering information from stakeholders and applications or other data storage systems, and processing reports from those data systems. You will be involved in every aspect of a client’s life cycle, from sales, to quarterly presentations, to ongoing improvements and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to gather and process data from various sources
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Work with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide support as needed
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
