Job Description: As a Warehouse Team Member at We Are Prime Group, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your duties will include receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation, and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.

Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (if certified).

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on warehouse procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
