This community organizer role will focus on recruiting small businesses and executing a Vote By Mail enrollment program.

Details & Compensation

Location: Pennsylvania

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $30/hour 20 hours per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the Political Innovation team in executing a Vote By Mail Enrollment Program in partnership with small businesses. This strategic, creative role includes:

  • Vetting and scoping partner businesses for viability, and scouting new territories;
  • Tracking and reporting project goals, progress, and return on investment;
  • Hitting mall business partnership goals week to week;
  • Ideating creative solutions to finding more partnerships;
  • Other duties as assigned.

This role is ideal for someone who is an Organizer at heart who thrives on being a part of programs that move people to take action, and is committed to making a significant impact in the political landscape through innovative, data-driven approaches. This is an organizing and program management- centric role, focused heavily on execution and reports to the Special Projects Manager.

  • Has a deep commitment to progressive electoral outcomes and electing VP Kamala Harris;
  • Has a proven track record of taking ideas and running with them, turning them into successful projects;
  • Is flexible and is able to adapt to unexpected changes and last-minute adjustments;
  • Is creative and solutions-oriented;
  • Able to work independently but value collaboration and teamwork.

Benefits

This is a temporary position through November 2024.

Compensation: $30/hr.
