At PURPLE we're not just crafting clothing, we're shaping experiences. We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Senior Sales Advisor to join our store. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in engaging with customers and ensuring a strong focus on driving sales in the store. You will assist in creating an immersive shopping experience and bring a passion for design and style to all your interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and deliver exceptional service while acting as a brand ambassador to convert walk-in traffic into clients, sparking excitement and desire for the product.
  • Uphold Purple Brand’s image, standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Cultivate an extensive and organized client book, initiating regular client contact, prompt follow-up on all sales, events or inquiries.
  • Exceed personal sales targets KPI’s, while contributing to overall store objectives.
  • Stay on top of new products, trends, and initiatives.
  • Actively promote store events.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including physical counts and restocking.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Passion for fashion, music, and art.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets.
  • Critical and solution-oriented thinker.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
