As a growing industry player, we seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Key Account Representative.

Position Overview:

As a Key Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team with customer outreach and sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who is eager to learn the ins and outs of telecommunications, sales, and business while contributing to the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities of a Key Account Representative:

  • Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments
  • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development
  • Adjust marketing practices to reflect market preferences, competition, and trends
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities
     

Key Account Representative Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but is not required
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for real estate and sales

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
