Operations ManagerSeeking a skilled Operations Manager for a SaaS company working with logistics companies. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day activities, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring efficiency across all departments. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and optimize performance
Manage and coordinate production schedules, inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics
Supervise and support operational staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve company goals
Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep operations up-to-date and competitive
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management, quality control, and process improvement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and motivate teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
