JOB DESCRIPTION
The Partner Operations Manager at Abstrakt Marketing Group is responsible for the management of the Partner Operation Analysts (POMs). This individual will work hands-on with POMs to ensure Abstrakt processes are being followed. This position provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and directly assist the POMs as well as the Director of Partner Operations. This individual will also work with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Partner Performance Managers (PPMs), Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs), and clients.
The ideal candidate is experienced, competitive, hardworking, and committed to helping Abstrakt operationally. This opportunity provides a well-rounded experience for those interested in pursuing a career in operations management or someone with previous experience in the field. The Partner Operations Manager will be a part of a collaborative, creative environment where they are encouraged to learn and grow while contributing to the processes, decisions, planning, and culture of our growing organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of Partner Operation Analysts
• Auditing of Partner Operation Analysts • Assist with process improvements
• Documentation of the processes Partner Operation Analysts perform
• Train new Partner Operation Analysts and provide ongoing training to those currently in the position
• Client data management • Ensure Abstrakt processes are being followed
• Contract audits/addendums
• Provide Salesforce support
• Assist in client relationship management
• Handle Salesforce account page updates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills
• Ability to manage time well
• Promote process improvement
• Ability to prioritize needs with work tasks
