What's your day like?As the Production Manager at Card-Monroe Automation in Greenville, you will oversee the electrical panel shop, custom equipment build shop, and field services team. Does this sound like you?To excel in the role of Production Manager at Card-Monroe Automation, candidates must possess a current or previous UL 508A MTR certification and ideally have experience working in an ISO 9001 (or comparable) certified setting. Proficiency in computer usage, email communication, and utilizing cell phones for work-related purposes is essential. The job also requires physical capabilities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates should be comfortable operating and maintaining various power equipment, including forklifts, man-lifts, drills, saws, and hydraulic tools. Strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment will be key to success in this dynamic role.
