  • Hire, train, motivate and monitor service and parts personnel.
  • Ensure timely payment of Subaru warranty claims.
  • Keep warranty schedules current.
  • Read, follow, implement, and maintain the Subaru warranty policy and procedures.
  • Ensure the staff meets the Subaru training requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness, equipment repair and general shop appearance.
  • Handling customers concerns immediately.

Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and Enthusiastic Team Leader
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Reynolds and Reynolds / ERA-Ignite DMS experience preferred
  • Experience in an import brand Dealership
