Position Title: Inside Sales Supervisor

Location: Corporate Office – Houston, TX

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the daily activities of the inside sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls.
  • Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts.
  • Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Supervises a small group of professional staff that is highly transactional and repetitive.
  • Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in building materials industry
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
