Position Title: Inside Sales Supervisor
Location: Corporate Office – Houston, TX
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily activities of the inside sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls.
- Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors.
- Implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts.
- Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills.
- Supervises a small group of professional staff that is highly transactional and repetitive.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
Requirement:
- Associates degree preferred
- 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in building materials industry
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
