Our valued client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a degreed professional (Bachelor's degree required) with 5-15 years of experience to play a key role in the success of our industrial and commercial projects, including those utilizing tilt-wall construction methods.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Procure and manage all materials, equipment, and labor resources.
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify and resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and leading construction crews.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential problems.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 5-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on industrial and commercial projects.
  • Proven experience with tilt-wall construction methods is a significant asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, delegate, and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
