Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with different departments to understand and document their current procedures and workflows.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of existing processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Tool Evaluation: Research and evaluate potential tools and technologies that can automate documented procedures.
- Automation Implementation: Assist in the implementation and testing of selected automation tools, under the guidance of the IT team.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions for process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support and Training: Assist in training staff on new automated processes and tools.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the progress of documentation and automation projects.

This position will report directly to Jordan Egnew.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with process documentation and workflow analysis.
- A basic understanding of automation tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, RPA tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at desk.
- Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard and tolerate prolonged periods performing work using a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
