Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our residential communities. You will assist in managing leasing activities, resident relations, and property maintenance to ensure a high level of satisfaction among our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Help manage property maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and property activities.
- Assist in planning and executing community events and resident activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
- Support the Community Manager in budgeting and financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.
