We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our team. The Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The Maintenance Planner will ensure manufacturing equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operate efficiently while working to minimize downtime and ensuring that all equipment is maintained proactively.

Requirements:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  2. Coordination: Work closely with maintenance staff, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure maintenance activities are efficiently coordinated.
  3. Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
  5. Communication: Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
  6. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during maintenance activities, including unexpected emergencies.
  7. Resource Management: Estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete various work orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
