Job Summary

As a Chief Operations Officer, you will play a vital part in our clinics by overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, managing payor and business relationships, facilitating location expansion, and serving as a key liaison and advisor to the executive team in their capacity and providing essential support through a variety of administrative duties.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for effectively implementing daily administrative policies, providing oversight to Regional Directors and Site Managers, and delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient operations throughout the organization.
  • Evaluating company and staff performance, developing and implementing policies and objectives, and implementing corrective actions will be key to driving operational improvement and maximizing returns.
  • You will also have the opportunity to deliver speeches, write articles, present information, and act as a liaison between organizations and shareholders, representing the company at official functions or through delegated representatives.
  • Efficiently handling reporting, budget preparation, and approval, including program funding, while ensuring smooth clinic operations and maintaining an organized medical supplies inventory system will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Active participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and employee surveys, along with productive one-on-one meetings with managers, will contribute to fostering a supportive and engaged work environment.
  • Additionally, you will provide reliable support while performing any additional assigned duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA, MHA, or equivalent education required.

  • Demonstrated success in leading healthcare organizations through a growth stage and proven ability to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth daily functioning.

  • Extensive knowledge of medical terminology is required.

  • Proficiency in EMR Systems, with a preference for experience with EClinicalWorks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to think creatively, create opportunities, and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible and adaptable; open to feedback, professional growth, learning, and improvement.
