The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring a culturally competent Community Resource Navigator Program including training and professional development, workflow definition and enhancement and ongoing program refinement and engagement of trained navigators.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Responsible for the supervision of (5) five Community Resource Navigators.
  • Administers new hire staff development training, in addition to quarterly professional development training of the Community Resource Navigator staff. All training will include but is not limited to ongoing workflow definition and enhancement, program refinement and continual engagement of trained navigators as necessary.
  • Responsible for the development and administration and evaluation of metrics for program assessment and evaluation.
  • Responsible for monthly analyses of program encounter data.
  • Responsible for strategic alignment with Project Management staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring program is disseminated in a manner that is culturally and linguistically appropriate for the population being served, including participants with limited English proficiency.
    Responsible for ensuring that there are appropriate enrollment tools and functions for individuals with disabilities.
Educational Qualifications & Functional/Technical Skills
  • Graduate certification/degree in related field preferred;
  • (Masters Degree in Public Health)
  • Minimum of (6) years working experience;
  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in a similar managerial/supervisory position;
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
