The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. This person is to engage with key customers and distribution partners securing design wins incorporating MPS products and services.
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to MPS US Revenue growth through direct and in-direct technical sales activities.
- Manage existing distribution and non-direct sales channel in the assigned geographic territory.
- Develop solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
- Gather customer feedback towards the development of next generation MPS solutions.
- Drive the customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support ensuring that the customer’s needs and requirements are exceeded
- Work as a team with the assigned FAE and effectively manage this resource to maximize value-add to the customer.
Qualifications:
- BSEE with 2+ year’s power management and analog systems experience.
- Ability to interface directly with customers and solve customer problems.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels written and oral.
- Oral/written proficiency in English, French and Spanish
- Willing to travel up to 50% time

- Barcelona or South of France (Toulouse, Perpignan, Montpellier)
