As the Executive Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will maintain regular communication with our global partners to nurture and expand Placement International's professional network. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support to our executive, demonstrating strong organizational skills and comfort in liaising with hotels, restaurants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative operations while reporting directly to the CEO, providing executive, administrative, and developmental support.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters related to the CEO.
  • Support team members and candidates in overcoming various challenges they may encounter.
  • Adaptability is crucial, as you will frequently address unexpected issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, enhance existing processes, and uphold overall quality standards.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by analyzing KPIs and monitoring market success to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields with knowledge in Hospitality/Education.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and adjust to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated in initiating and managing assigned projects independently.
  • Confident in engaging with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in executing their duties and fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
  • Facilitate communication with staff on behalf of the Director and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings.
  • Assist in strategic business planning and analysis.
  • Lead and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding our business operations.
  • Represent Placement International professionally and hospitably.
  • Promote clear and consistent communication across departments.
  • Manage calendars and schedule necessary meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and visas, providing travel support as needed.
