As the Executive Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will maintain ongoing communication with our global partners to nurture and expand Placement International's professional network. The ideal candidate will deliver high-level support to our executive, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and comfort in liaising with hotels, restaurants, and other personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative functions while reporting directly to the CEO, providing executive, administrative, and developmental support.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters related to the CEO.
  • Support team members and candidates through various challenges, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, enhance existing processes, and uphold overall quality standards.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by analyzing KPIs and monitoring market success to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or a graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields with knowledge in Hospitality/Education.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written English.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to initiate and manage projects independently.
  • Confident in engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in executing assigned tasks effectively.
  • Facilitate communication with staff on behalf of the Director and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings.
  • Assist in strategic business planning and analysis.
  • Lead and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding our business operations.
  • Represent Placement International in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across departments.
  • Manage calendars and schedule necessary meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and visas, providing support as needed.
