allcove™, is more than just a mental health center; it's a community hub designed specifically for young people. Our integrated approach provides comprehensive support for a range of needs, including mental health, physical health, substance use, peer and family support, and education and employment assistance. Led by an active local Youth Advisory Group, each allcove center reflects the vibrant youth culture of its community and serves as a safe and welcoming space for young people to access the care and support they need.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team As a key member of allcove, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, ensuring the well-being of the communities we serve.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Utilize your exceptional leadership skills to oversee our clinical team and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.

  • Collaborate and Advocate: Work closely with community partners to promote early help-seeking and reduce stigma surrounding youth mental health.

  • Innovate and Implement: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and enhance community well-being.

  • Care and Connect: Provide direct clinical care to young people during high-demand periods, fostering a culture of support and understanding.

What You'll Bring:

  • Passion for Youth Mental Health: A deep understanding of the challenges facing young people today and a commitment to making a difference.

  • Education and Licensure: A master's degree in social work or related field, along with licensure as a licensed clinical social worker in California.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and/or young adults.

  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners.

  • Commitment to Excellence: A desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and a commitment to excellence in practice.
