As a Growth and Performance Marketing Director, you will lead growth marketing and local strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive traffic, and optimizing ad delivery and user experience for efficient activations. You’ll be responsible for expanding the audience, enhancing customer lifetime value, and reducing acquisition costs, while regularly communicating metrics and insights. Additionally, you’ll set and strive to exceed KPIs, collaborate with external agencies, and contribute to creative content development, ideally with some experience in UX and social media writing.
- Oversee the development, processes, and implementation of local growth marketing and local strategies.
- Manage and optimize local performance marketing campaigns, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving platform traffic through paid media channels such as Google PPC, Bing, Meta, HomeAdvisor/ANGI, and others. This includes developing strategies, setting up and managing ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with location General Managers to understand local market dynamics and "own" the responsibility of providing quality leads to support operational success.
- Enhance audience reach and customer lifetime value while aiming to reduce acquisition costs.
- Regularly communicate campaign metrics and insights, analyze performance data, identify blockers, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversions, and user experience to drive efficient user activations. Continuously test and refine the multi-channel paid media mix.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for sign-ups, activations, cost-per-acquisition, and cost-per-conversion, striving to consistently exceed targets.
- Work with external agencies when necessary to enhance campaign delivery and explore new audience segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns, with a preference for candidates who have UX and social media writing experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing paid and organic digital strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing and CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of paid media channels and experience in optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition and traffic growth.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, with a plus for familiarity with ServiceTitan.
- Capability to manage multiple campaigns, set and track KPIs, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to develop and oversee the creation of compelling content, with a preference for experience in UX and social media writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting metrics, insights, and strategy updates.
- Flexible and resourceful in adjusting strategies and tackling challenges.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
- A mindset focused on learning, testing, and optimizing for better results.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues; not a "lone wolf."
