We’re hiring a Counter Customer Service for our North Houston, TX client We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Inside Counter Customer Service
- Location: North Houston, TX
- Pay: $16
- Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Counter Customer Service will answer phones and speak with contractors placing orders for building construction supplies will also welcome contractors coming into pick up orders onsite.
- Requirements: Experience with steel and building supply materials and products is a plus, counter customer service candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate with Spanish speaking only contractors. Will take and enter orders by phone, email, and in person and look up inventory to ensure metals and building products are in stock for order. Must have basic computer skills in Word and Excel, experience with QuickBooks is a plus but we are willing to train someone with computer and data entry skills. Customer Service role requires you to work in an industrial office onsite working with contractors.
