  • Analyze business data and performance metrics; develop insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements; implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, operational performance, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
