Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting executive-level professionals? Style Netbox is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC.

About the Role: As a Personal Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll provide vital administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various tasks to help our leaders focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
