We seek a highly organized and motivated Design Assistant to support Anasazi Imports' daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with design, project management of the design process, and client relations to ensure smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.

Client Relations: Attend client meetings, assist in understanding client needs, and help maintain strong relationships with clients.

Project Coordination: Assist with project management, including tracking timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring precise and timely communication.

Document Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other business documents as required.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

 

Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a home design/construction-based role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and QuickBooks. Experience with other project management software is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

Problem-Solving: Capable of handling challenges and resolving issues effectively and diplomatically.

Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
