Today, the organization continues this mission with 60 locations that cover Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas under two brands, Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care. The Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care clinics continue the mission that started in Enid, OK by targeting areas with unmet healthcare needs and focusing on an expansion of medical services. With an aggressive growth plan, Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care strive to bridge the healthcare gap in the communities we serve and live in.

Position overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
