We are seeking Senior Frontend Engineers with a passion for building best-in-class customer experiences. As a Frontend Developer at Talent.com, you will be responsible for creating user interfaces for our website and other experience layers, such as mobile apps. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reusable code that powers our products.


What you’ll do:


  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reusable code that will power the client experiences for our products.
  • Maintain code standards with a special focus on quality, maintainability, and security.
  • Work closely with backend engineers and designers to improve performance and usability of client experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, peers, and leaders to define and deliver product features.
  • Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.


What you bring:


  • 6+ years of experience building complex, large-scale user experiences.
  • Proven experience in React, CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Next.js (it is a plus).
  • Familiarity with full-stack development.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
