YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESTAURANT FOH MANAGER

In this restaurant management position, your role is integral to ensuring we deliver an excellent guest experience. You lead and inspire the team with a people-first mentality and foster a positive work environment for all staff. In this role, you also have a direct impact on sales, profitability, and guest counts. We value community involvement, and so you promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Additionally, you help implement new policies and protocols to maintain future operations while organizing and supervising shifts. You take pride in the active role you play in our success

YOUR SCHEDULE AT OUR FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT

This restaurant management position typically works 8-hour shifts on weekdays and over weekends.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A RESTAURANT FOH MANAGER

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food service environment
  • Basic knowledge about profit and loss statements
  • Open availability
  • Excellent team-building skills
