Essential Functions:

Check-in/Check-out: Manage patient flow by checking in and checking out patients for medical, surgical, and cosmetic appointments.

Payment Collection: Collect payments for services and product sales from patients.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule follow-up appointments for patients.

Insurance and Visit Information: Answer patient questions regarding products, laser treatment, skin care, and insurance benefits and expectations for their visits and procedures.

Service Fulfillment: Assist customers in all aspects of service fulfillment by proficiently using proprietary devices and applications; enhance shopping experiences through the use of tools, technology, and collaboration.

Inventory Management: Account for inventory monthly.

Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service/retail experience.

Preferred: Medical office experience.

Required: 2+ years of medical or front desk experience.

Strongly Preferred: Bilingual proficiency.


Communication Skills:

Effective communication with patients, peers, and all levels of management.


Mathematical Skills:

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to use a calculator.


Other Skills:

Superior organizational and time management skills.

Ability to set and achieve goals.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sense of urgency.

Leadership by example.

Thrive in a team-based environment.


Job Type:

Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
