Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to help us grow and expand our business in the US Government market, specifically focusing on Fuels/Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) work opportunities.

You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist in Developing proposals for clients.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role working in fuels.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Experience with conflict resolution.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field.
