Job Description:

Our growing company is looking for a customer-focused Office Assistant who will service customers while working closely with internal departments. This role is located at our brand-new facility in Zion.


- Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers.
- Follow up with existing customers to schedule their next service, share & upsell services while updating our Service Mgmt system.
- Confirm jobs with Technicians and customers 24hrs before the service is due.
- Responsible for making Technicians schedule and assigning service appointments to each team. Reschedule as needed.
- Create new customer accounts and estimates in our system.
- Follow up on estimates and declined estimates with customers.
- Miscellaneous office duties.
- This person will be cross trained to cover vacations when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED.

- 3+ years of Office administrative experience.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and time mgmt skills.

- Organized and detail oriented.

- Proficient with Microsoft office or other software.

- Hours: M-F 9am-6pm
