Summary
Technical Support Specialist I is responsible for providing technical support and instruction to customers effectively over the telephone and through email, executing on the company’s established name in the customer service industry. Technical Support Specialist I will collaborate with their team to implement best practices for client satisfaction. This position will provide day-today support to our clients and other departments as needed. This position will be remote and open to any qualified applicants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work independently and troubleshoot on one’s own before requesting assistance;
- Navigate Stretto’s various software platforms, internal platforms and websites;
- Document technical developments and technical support information in Sales Force for other staff members;
- Document customer suggestions in our tracking software;
- Work with the development team to provide feedback regarding new features;
- Assist with product testing: Test software according to protocol, isolate, and document bugs
- Be well organized and self-motivated;
- Demonstrate superior listening skills;
- Exhibit a positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous technology or professional-services company experience preferred.
- Ability to understand urgency on both external and internal tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively clients and team members.
- Superior communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Might be exposed to prolonged sedentary hours of work and use of computer.

The hourly pay rate range for this role is currently $18.00 – $22.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
