About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Member Sales Representative in Private Club Sales. In this role, you will generate new business membership by working on new leads and inquiries, identifying and pursuing potential interested parties, building relationships, and closing new member sales. Your success in this position will directly impact the growth and success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry
- Experience with consultative selling
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions
Skills:
As a New Member Sales Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also use your sales expertise to identify and pursue potential clients, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role, striking a balance between autonomy and collaboration.
