The Customer Service Account Coordinator reports to the Customer Service Manager and is a key member of the LNK team responsible for the overall customer service of specific accounts.
- Minimum Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an equivalent role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a pharmaceutical company.
- Areas of Responsibility:
- Respond to inquiries for order status, shipping status and stock availability
- Communicate with customers and sales reps
- Processes orders and maintains reports
- Track orders and inventory
- Interface with other departments including production, planning, art and accounting to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills, including ability to present information clearly and concisely are required
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong computer knowledge including Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a workstation for multiple hours.
- Travel to nearby LNK facilities.
