Office Manager

We're seeking an energetic and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Office Operations Manager in Philadelphia. As the eyes and ears of our New York office, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Philadelphia location and reporting back to the main office on key developments, successes, and challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Philadelphia office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment

* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Philadelphia and New York offices, providing regular updates and insights on office activities

* Foster open and clear communication with team members, encouraging collaboration and teamwork

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on results-driven performance

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

This is a full-time, in-office position, with regular hours spent at our Philadelphia location.
